Menopause is a significant life transition — and for women who have experienced cancer, it
can be even more complex. Whether brought on naturally or triggered by treatment,
menopausal symptoms can feel overwhelming, confusing, and isolating.
That’s why Karen is offering a six-week Menopause Workshop designed specifically for
female cancer survivors. Thoughtfully curated to blend education, coaching, and connection,
this programme offers tools and support to help you feel more in control of your body and
your wellbeing.
Why This Workshop?
Karen’s programme provides a compassionate, informative space where you can learn,
reflect, and grow. The menopause journey is different for everyone — especially after
cancer — but no one should have to go through it alone. This workshop is built around
community, empathy, and evidence-based guidance.
What to Expect
Each week, participants will attend a 90-minute class (either in-person or online), combining
expert-led education with group coaching and discussion. You’ll receive thoughtful reading
materials each week to dive deeper into the themes explored in the session.
Topics include:
♠ Understanding menopause and hormonal changes after cancer
♠ Eating for hormonal balance and long-term health
♠ Practical sleep strategies to help you feel rested and restored
♠ Emotional wellbeing, mindset, and navigating change with confidence
